ZeroCableTV
Privacy policy
Updated October 12, 2026
This notice explains the information used by the ZeroCableTV website and account service, including Google sign-in.
Account and service information
We store account identifiers and contact information you provide, such as your email, display name and optional phone number or Telegram username. If you choose a local password, we store a password hash rather than the readable password. We also store membership and order records, payment status and references, viewing profiles, saved titles, playback progress, watched time, ranks, device sessions and support requests needed to operate your account.
Connection information, including IP addresses and request details, may be processed to deliver the service, protect accounts, limit abuse and diagnose errors. If a playlist or provider account is connected to your membership, its connection details are used to retrieve your available content and enable playback.
Google sign-in
When you choose Continue with Google, Google provides an account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information, including your name. We use the identifier and email to authenticate you and connect the Google identity to your ZeroCableTV account. Your name can prefill the signup form. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts or calendars.
The integration stores the Google account identifier, linked email and connection date. Temporary verification records expire shortly after sign-in. It does not store your Google password or retain Google access or refresh tokens. Existing accounts are connected only after you verify your existing ZeroCableTV login; a matching email alone does not authorize linking.
Google identity information is used for sign-in, account creation, linking and related security, not advertising. You can review third-party connections in your Google account settings. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your ZeroCableTV account or its membership records.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies to keep you signed in, secure login and signup requests, and support checkout or referrals. Browser storage remembers settings such as language, selected profile and viewing preferences. Clearing this storage may sign you out or reset those preferences.
How information is used and shared
We use account and viewing information to provide membership access, resume playback, manage payments, show ranks and watch statistics, answer support requests and protect the service. The public leaderboard shows nicknames, ranks and watched-time statistics; account emails and private profile names are not published there.
Hosting, network, content and payment providers process information needed for their part of the service. Playback and payment requests may go directly to those providers. When you follow a Telegram, Google or payment-provider link, that provider's privacy practices also apply. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims.
Retention and your choices
Account and service records are kept to operate the membership and support account history. Session and verification credentials expire. Archiving an account does not immediately erase all historical transaction, support or security records.
You can manage profiles, device sessions and sign-in settings from your account. For questions about your information, corrections or account deletion requests, contact ZeroCableTV support. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
Updates
This page may change as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
